Aero Solo


AeroSolo is designed to give people of all ages, the opportunity to become educated about the exciting world of aviation, aerospace and flight.Enrolling in AeroSolo will provide a person with the educational platform coupled with flight training by FAA certificated flight instructor which can lead to your first solo flight.The curriculum includes taxiing the airplane, flight controls and how they operate, preflight and learn how to fly, weather, airport traffic patterns, radio communication, take off and land, how to read charts and navigate from point to point.

There will be some students, who are not at the age of 16, who simply want advance training, while most will set a goal of solo flight. Each camper will receive 20 hours of logable time and 2 field trips.
  • Enrolling in AeroSolo does not guarantee that solo flight will be attained.
  • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules require that people be 16 years of age to solo. There is no maximum age limit to solo an airplane.
